To facilitate a smooth closing and to provide you with a closing statement prior to closing please follow these three easy steps:
- Click here to download the Seller's Information Sheet.
- Print out the form and fill in all information requested.
- Fax the form to Laird & Associates, P.C. at 678-510-0093.

Please contact our office if:
- You have any questions regarding your closing.
- The seller is not a Georgia resident.
- The seller is a corporation, Limited Liability Corporation (LLC), partnership, trust or estate.
- Corporations: Please submit the Articles of Incorporation stating who can sign and how they should sign.
- Limited Liability Corporation (LLC): Please submit the Operating Agreement stating who can sign and how they should sign.
- Partnership: Please submit the Partnership Agreement stating who can sign and how they should sign.
- Trust: Please submit the Trust Agreement.
- Estate: Please submit the Probated Estate Documents.
