- Print out the form and fill in all information requested.
- Fax the form to Laird & Associates, P.C. at 678-510-0093.

Also, please be sure to bring the following to closing:
- Cashier's check for any amount over $2,000.00. This check should be make payable to the purchaser(s) and will be endorsed over to Laird & Associates, P.C. at closing.
- Valid Driver's License
- Any conditions that the mortgage company requests.
